In the initial stage, the Monastery’s goal is to raise a sum of HK$500,000 in order to retain a professional consultant company to make various government applications, demolish illegal structures and to offer public tender for designers and architects. Once the renovation plan and the quotation for the estimated renovation fees are solidified, the Monastery will move to the second stage to raise further funds to start the work.

Every citizen can donate $ 1 to save more than 1KG food waste, raising one million, we can save 1,000 tons of food waste, use of proceeds used to improve food waste processing technology, the acquisition of machinery, improve product quality, products to livestock feed and fertilizer based; Donors have the opportunity to enjoy the food waste fertilizer grown vegetables, feeding food waste feed pigs, chicken, fish and other local produce low carbon feast, donors can visit the food waste center, understanding the use of donations.
