Thank you to our 24 backers thus far! SKSF and I truly appreciate your incredible contribution and support for the cause. I certainly hope others will follow in your footsteps to help raise funds for Sai Kung Stray Friends, and spread the message within the remaining month and a half. Friday 16th December, 2016 we have a Sai Kung Stray Friends Santa Claus and two reindeers (Kennel dogs Banana Cake & Cream cake) walking through Sai Kung Town. For any donation Santa and his helpers will sing a Carol selected by the donor. Its Christmas spirit and all to help a much needy cause.....beautiful homeless dogs in our Sai Kung Stray Friends Shelter which is their home. SOS - SAVE OUR SHELTER. ????
Our FringeBacker Appeal is the initiative of a very concerned and caring young student from Kellett School who visited our shelter facility with the school. He saw the work, the care and the love the dogs receive and how they live a safe and healthy life. Without this facility, these dogs would have no future and he was self motivated to do all he could to help raise the much needed funds to keep them safe and protected in the only home they know!
The kennel staff are so dedicated and passionate and it is the upmost importance to ensure their ongoing salaries which total full-time staff $31,000pm and part-time staff $10,000pm. Everyday is the same to dogs and their needs are the same everyday.. Food, exercise, shelter and love. Sai Kung Stray Friends shelter kennels are well managed, clean and one of the best facilities, offering these beautiful dogs a safe home and a future.
