| Our daily activities are all intrinsically linked to our bodies, which in turn, are profoundly affected by the ground. We seek to enhance our awareness to our bodies by exploring the intra-relationship of our bodies and the exchange between our bodies and the ground through soft and slow movements. Performing gentle movements allows us to direct our attention to the body and thus find peace in the process and balance between us and the earth. The exploration helps to ways to move with less efforts in our daily lives. | |

| Tap into the magic power of our hands and experience what it is like to let the healing energy channel through you to nurture yourself and others. We will first start with nourishing our own mind, body, and spirit. Then, move to share that radiating self love to others inside the circle and eventually send that energy to people who are in need no matter where they are. | |

| We are born to move. Have you ever listened attentively to the body's message to you? We will begin by communicating with different parts of the body through body awareness exercises, so as to understand their needs. Then, we will explore the possibilities of different body parts with movement exploration. | |
| As long as you have an open heart to dialogue with the body and let it find its own rhythm, you will realize that everyone can actually move and dance without any prior experience! | |

| We all got an inner child in our heart, but have you ever connected with them? Besides discipline, do you actually spend time listening to and caring for them? It’s time to start embracing and accepting who you really are. Let the creative process be a safe playground for you two to connect and enjoy each other’s company. Having a truthful dialogue with the child you have ignored for so long isn’t as complicated as you think. Just one step at a time, you will begin to love the original YOU. | |

| Art is a doorway to the inner world. Here you will learn to relax the packed mind and open all senses to create beyond words, logics, and criticism. Though our mind doesn’t fully understand the abstract language of the heart, this amazing journey will take us to exactly where we need to go. Don’t be surprised. We may receive much more than expected in the process. | |

| Nature is closely connected to the well-being of our mind, body, and soul. Even in the high pressured concrete jungle, we can still be inspired by the natural elements which are present in our usual surrounding. Through various ways to create with Mother Earth, we will learn to jump out of the box and taste the endless possibilities life can offer. | |
| Soulful art is not a competition. There is no right or wrong, better or worse. We all have our individual story as well as our very own carefree creative space. Likewise, any communication from our body is neither good or bad. It is only here to tell us the state of our well-being. As long as you are willing to open your heart, nature will unconditionally take our hands to start the path to sustainability, creativity, and healing. | |

| Art may not have the answer to everything, but it is a great tool to accompany you on your life journey. Come to learn the kind of art your heart has been longing for. Not only will you get the chance to release long compressed feelings but also connect with your inner soul in the process. Soulful art is not a competition. | The mind may not be able to solve issues and contradictions deep in the heart. Yet through high vibrational chanting and gestures in a ritual, the conscious and subconscious intertwine and the mind, body and spirit are seemingly taken to an entirely different dimension. When our whole being is completely open, important message and frequency from the Universe and Mother Earth will reach the soul and awaken the controlling ego to fully embrace the flow of life. | |
