My support to people with physical disabilities 20170212
Update on 25 Feb 2017
In #thedaybeforeyesterday, being a person who had missed Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon for years, I carried something light again, wearing a one-piece swimsuit, a pair of #armsleeves, a pair of #compression and a pair of #runningshoes. I originally thought that I would feel cold for the race but, I ran firmly with a #racebibholderbelt and finished with a time of 1:01:20. As a result, I become a person in news as I repeatedly had interviews from different agencies. Despite facing contraversies from some people, I had gained respect from volunteers. I felt happy and, I would like to share my experience to all of you.
I target to raise as much as possible for Hong Kong Paralympic Committee & Sports Association for the Physically Disabled, at least $2500 for the race until the end of this month.
Being an the person who is not selected by any volunteer programme in #multiplesportsgames, I know my feelings of being unqualified to such opportunities. I plan to wear a swimsuit for the #10kmrace in order to cheer for the losers and those who are disabled because of illness and accidents.
I am supporting the #StandardCharteredHongKongMarathon#CharityProgram now!
