Dance Legstrong!

We are Dance Legstrong! Brothers separated at birth reunited for a cause; Max a mysterious Malaysian hermit while Conrad a Filipino-French casanova with overwhelming love for video games. With so much time spent indoors, it will do us great good to step out of our sanctuaries once in a while and with this event we have found THE perfect opportunity to get some much needed Vitamin D.

In line with our love for nature, we have both been preparing hard for this cycling challenge by doing a 100 SQUATS in the gym, every single month. Crazy massive calves!

THE EVENT ON A SERIOUS NOTE

Established in 1968, the Conservancy Association is actively involved with the safeguarding of environmental resources not limited to Hong Kong through conservation programmes and environmental educational activities.

This year, as Dance Legstrong! we will be taking part in the Conservancy Association’s annual flagship fundraising event the Green Rider challenge held at Lantau South Country Park. Using our outrageously strong legs, we will convert our kinetic energy, to cash for betterment. Funds raised will go directly to Conservancy Association’s environmental programs.

About "Green Rider"

"Green Rider" is CA's annual flagship fundraising event, which integrates nature adventure, cycling and team task elements. It aims to offer unique adventure racing experience and nature education opportunity for the participants through cycling within Country Park. The first "Green Rider" was held along the mountain bike trail in Tai Lam Country Park in 2013 with over 300 participants taking part in it.

In addition to raising funds for tree conservation and environmental education projects, CA hopes to promote cycling through "Green Rider" as another low-carbon alternative to enjoy nature. Two categories, "Green Adventure" and "Mountain Racing Challenge", are designed for participants with different cycling experience and fitness level to enjoy riding in the countryside. If you prefer a relaxing ride with families and friends while enjoying mini-games along the beautiful scenic trail, the "Green Adventure" category should be your ideal choice. If you are looking for a challenge, the thrill of mountain bike racing or wish to test your physical limits, the "Mountain Racing Challenge" is definitely the one you don’t want to miss! Act now!
