About the Women’s Foundation
Our vision is a Hong Kong in which women and girls have the opportunities, support and resources to thrive and achieve their true potential. The Women’s Foundation was established in 2004 and is a leading non-profit organisation dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls in Hong Kong through ground-breaking research, impactful programmes, education and advocacy to drive a positive and measurable change.
About the Event
On March 1, The Women’s Foundation will hold their annual IWD Lunch at Conrad Hotel Hong Kong. Titled "Curating Gender Equality: A Conversation with Women in the Arts", the programme will commemorate International Women’s Day by highlighting the achievements of women and reaffirming our commitment to building a gender balanced Hong Kong; including combatting gender stereotypes, promoting women’s leadership, and empowering disadvantaged women and girls.
Our panel of inspiring and diverse female voices will include Suhanya Raffel, Museum Director M+; Whitney Ferrare, Senior Director, Pace Gallery; and artist, Co-founder of Tomato Grey, Annysa Ng. They will join TWF Board Member Desiree Au, Publisher, Vogue Hong Kong to discuss challenges women face and celebrate their achievements in the Hong Kong art world.
