SUNIFG HONG KONG STREETATHON@central 2015
RUN TO JUNGLE! SUNIFG HONG KONG STREETATHON@central 2015 will be held on 6 September 2015 (Sunday), in a “pop-up jungle” along the seaside in Central. This unprecedented all day FUN run event consists of 3 km and 5 km races, carnival, sports expo and concert. It will link up fresh legs, experienced legs, runners of different backgrounds, the able and the disabled runners.
Apart from promoting fun of street run, SUNIFG HONG KONG STREETATHON@central 2015 encourages everyone to run for charity. The proceeds of the event, after deduction of operating costs of the event, will go to four designated beneficiaries: The Conservancy Association Centre for Heritage, Hong Kong Network for the Promotion of Inclusive Society Limited, Senior Citizen Home Safety Association and RunOurCity Foundation Limited’s Youth‧ROC training program. Every dollar counts to support the work for teenagers, elderly, social inclusion and heritage conservation.

As a runner, you can create your personal fundraising page here on FringeBacker, our exclusive online fundraising platform set up by the organizer, and then forward the page to your friends and families, asking for support of your RUN for Charity and donation to the beneficiary selected by you.
To acknowledge your support, RunOurCity has prepared 500 sets of Special Edition Jungle Souvenirs for donors donatingHK$200 or above in a single payment, and for runners raising HK$500 or above. Each qualified donor is entitled to one set of souvenirs only. Stocks are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis.
This is a charitable fundraising; all donations are non-refundable. Donations received upon event registration and from other channels are also reflected on this page. The “Total Funds Raised” includes donations received by RunOurCity upon event registration and from other channels.

The Conservancy Association Centre for Heritage
Located in a Grade II historic building, which is formerly the Western Plague Hospital and Western Public Dispensary, the Conservancy Association Centre for Heritage (CACHe) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the conservation of history, cultures and heritages in Hong Kong. It organizes different kinds of activities for schools, communities and the public to enhance the social awareness of heritage conservation.
Hong Kong Network for the Promotion of Inclusive Society
Hong Kong Network for the Promotion of Inclusive Society (HKNPIS) was founded in July 2011. It is a local charity organization which is exempt from tax under Section 88 of Inland Revenue Ordinance.
Senior Citizen Home Safety Association
Senior Citizen Home Safety Association (SCHSA) has started its social enterprise business since 1996 to support local elderly from their desperate moment. Its core services, “PE Link”, “Mobile Link” and “Safety Phone” offering 7 X 24 personal caring and emergency assistance have been recognized locally and worldwide.Senior Citizen Home Safety Association

RunOurCity Foundation Limited was established in 2013 as a locally registered charitable organization, which shoulders the mission to inject positive sportsmanship spirits to the city through series of unique interactive street-run campaigns and trainings.
