Dear all, Thank you for your support! I managed to finish it in 4:45, not my best time, but I will take it. The first 30km was on track 10km/hour, but things starts to degrade after 34km. I did not have enough practice on long runs and it pays. The last 7km was tough with walking and jogging, but manage to finish. More importantly, with all your support, we raised 6,200 for HKACS!! Bravo and I am so happy that I can participate in HKACS as they are making real difference in many people’s lives.
