KELY’s Mission is to empower young people to reach their full potential. Their programs focus on youth from low socio-economic backgrounds, having low self-esteem, or facing drug and alcohol abuse, issues relating to discrimination and integration, and do not receive culturally relevant support services.

We will deliver special Christmas experiences to the youths under KELY’s program, designed around their bigger dreams and wishes this December.

Operation Santa Claus is an annual charity campaign jointly organised by South China Morning Post (SCMP) and Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK). In 2016, OSC raised HK$16,196,000 and donated 94% of the funds raised - HK$15,073,000. The 2017 beneficiaries include:
