Riot Dames Hong Kong Studio runs for girls this year in Ecuador, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Rwanda. 
There are 8 dames from the Hong Kong Studio supporting this event by sweating in their 3km run. They will have to practice for it in the coming 30 days.
You can support us by contributing directly to this fundraising. Our goal is HK$5,000! 
Hong Kong Studio folks can also support us by showing their step/sleep tracker stats to redeem the $, and the Studio will contribute to the campaign on their behalf!

Conversion rate: 

• Each 10,000 steps = HK$ 50 (complete within a day)
• 3 nights of 8h sleep = HK$ 50 (consecutively)
• 45min intensive sports = HK$ 50 (swimming, running, spin bikes...)
• Whatever creative way you come up with, but need to convince the Riot Dames!

If you don't have a tracking device, you can submit the "evidence" via:
1) Mobile apps, e.g., Strava
2) Signup by a witness: your training buddy, course instructor, with exercise facts: date/exercise type x time/signup
