The Hong Kong Paralympic Committee & Sports Association for the Physically Disabled (HKPC&SAPD) was established in 1972.  As the National Paralympic Committee of the HKSAR,  the Association is committed to promulgating Paralympic Movement in Hong Kong, as well as enabling local Paralympic athletes to achieve sporting excellence.  The Hong Kong Delegation proudly won 40 gold, 37 silver and 49 bronze medals at the Paralympic Games since its first participation in 1972.  Hong Kong Para athletes have also attained remarkable results at the Indonesia 2018 Asian Para Games held in October.
