The current situation is unfortunate and Hong Kong people's interest is still vested with only a small bunch of "connected" individuals with their own private agenda. Hope you are not another 698 or 698 ver 2. Hong Kong has no future is it is just another city in Mainland, even if we are talking about independence We are just talk about why we have the value deserver HK very existence. We cannot compete with mainland cities - no relationship ... may be you can. But a lot of HKer can't.

All of my family members and me are truly looking forward to possessing genuine democracy and living in harmony.
My family has always been politically cold-blooded and they didn't keen on involved in politic topics. However, since the bottom line of local democracy has always been violated by mainlanders and mainland and makes most of genuine hongkongers are really concern and worried about our Speech freedom and living freedom will be diminished if we are still remain silence.
We truly believe that you are the only sincere one can save our homeland and defeat against abnormalities and dispute.

這個城市最近幾年紛擾不斷，我們這代，七十後，卡在中間，離退休太遠，再開始也難。看著城市的憤怒在燃燒，很累。走，又有年老父母在這裡。留，實在看不到曙光。沒有孩子的不敢生，有孩子的沒有幾個覺得孩子將來可以在這裡長大生活。很久很久以來，已經接受了香港這個城市將被邊緣化，在種種紛爭之中正加速衰亡。最近聽了你參選以來的種種想法，沒有什麼大龍鳳大陣象，卻很實在，很治癒。忽然看到一線希望。縱然還是很渺茫，還是希望抓緊。曾生加油！

Please continue to make air cleaner for our future generations and lower the number of sick patients due to air pollution. We need a more aggressive plan than what we have now.
Paris, Madrid, Athens and Mexico are phasing out diesel vehicles, Germany, Norway, Netherlands, Paris of France have either announced or heading towards banning coal in generating electricity. Countries like Germany, Portugal and Scotland have recorded 100% power supply from renewable energies. (https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2016-05-16/germany-just-got-almost-all-of-its-power-from-renewable-energy) China has broken records again and again with the largest solar plants in the world (https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2017/jan/19/china-builds-worlds-biggest-solar-farm-in-journey-to-become-green-superpower).
Norway has the highest market share of electric vehicles in Europe (26% by end 2016) despite having a higher total registered vehicles than Hong Kong but 2 million fewer citizens than we do in Hong Kong. We in Hong Kong, have only 0.85% of EV by end of Nov 2016. (http://insideevs.com/more-than-45500-evs-sold-last-year-in-norway-tesla-model-x-leads-december-results/) Hong Kong has the world's highest density of EVs in the world and this is our chance to lead the world once again in something. Hong Kong has lost its number 1 position in the world in many areas for far too many years since the Handover.
Please keep our beaches trash-free, those in Lap Sap Wan are just insane (https://www.facebook.com/gary.stokes.161/videos/10154729117081999/?hc_ref=PAGES_TIMELINE), so many long-term green jobs can be created and the eco-system can be restored. Everyone will be happy and proud!
As important as a city like Hong Kong, we must do our part for our children's future instead of waiting for someone else 10, 20 years down the line who finally has the guts to stand up and protect what needs to be protected today.
