AN OPEN LETTER TO HKSARG CHIEF EXECUTIVE
As a Made in Hong Kong product with HKG passion, I write this letter to you to express my viewpoints and hope that it would be benefit to the HKSARG administration.
WHAT THE HKSARG SHOULD DO:
1. Respect the spirit of rule of law - maintain law and orders, a place that is safe & comfort to live and earn a living;
2. Respect knowledge - provide good education so that people could value up themselves whenever needed;
3. Respect life - provide proper medical services and in emergency cases, people will receive treatment irrespective of money factor;
4. Respect freedom of speech;
5. Respect entrepreneurship and uphold fair game principle - maintain a fair, open and justice business environment, people through their talents can earn and secure their rewards, not encourage speculation;
6. Establish responsibility and integrity culture and a good value system, advocate moral standard and moral sense - people have to be responsible for themselves. Govt could provide the tool (through education) to increase one’s competitiveness instead of lending hands to them. Social welfare is eligible for those really needed and required.
7. The government should not intrude into private sectors and compete interests with them. Keep government size as minimal as possible.
WHAT THE HKSARG SHOULD NOT DO:
8. The government should not act or intend to act or be perceived to act as all-rounder. People should earn their living through their own efforts. A HKID card is not an auto-pass or gateway to be blessed or covered by the government, e.g. employment, accommodation and so forth. Everybody has a formula and way to maximize one’s own benefits, wealth and interests. The government should avoid people too much rely or abuse the reliance on the government.
9. The government should not demand Central Government to grant biased favorable policy to HKSAR. It will gradually jeopardize the future of HKSAR and turn her to be a second-class city in China.
THE POSITION OF HKSAR:
10. A place to provide equal and fair chance to people that can turn their dreams come true; let people earn their rewards and achievements through their talents; charm quality people to come and stay; be a role model to other provinces. The prosperity and wealth creation come from a clean, an effective and efficient administrative system upholding the above principles and the motivation and commitments of people living here.
CONCLUSION:
After return, Hong Kong people’s territorial mindset as well as the government’s mindset have to change. We are now part of China and we are now facing not only 6.8M but 1.3B people. People of Hong Kong need to know and accept the reality. Otherwise, HKSAR’s future is tormenting.

I support you as you have the best chance to be elected and steer Hong Kong away the current chaos.
Listen to the people's will and act to the benefit of majority. No need to obey the order from China unless you also agree to it. 公平 公正和公開shall be maintained. Any unlawful acts such as illegal structures in New Territories in particular, corruption and sub-standard minister or civil servants shall be penalised. On the economy side, promote innovation and support local and small & medium enterprises. On the election system, increase the number of voter and the voter base shall be the first step before asking for an overhaul of the 8:31 scheme.
