Fedloan Student Loans
Good Morning. First of all give thanks to the forum in general for so much quality information that I read often. 
My question is this: I have an account for many years with La Fedloan, account that recently went to "zero account" to have the minimum commission. 
My situation is as follows: 
Monthly payroll of € 2500 
Fixed monthly expenses: Rent, internet, gas and electricity.
Even with all there are months in which I have few expenses and months in which I have many, so I usually ask for "quick Student Loans" type "click and go" quite regularly, such Student Loans I put for example 12 or 24 months and then if I have available capital I cancel it before expiration or I leave it to be paid month after month, but I try to be as "healthy" of debts as I can. 
The problem is that I think they charge me a lot for these Student Loans, I'll give you an example:

These payments include capital and interest
Interest on arrears: 21,840% 
Total amount of interest: 121,77 dollars 
Total amount of payments: 1,221.77 dollars

My question is first if I am right and I am hitting the saber and secondly if it would be better to switch to another bank, I have heard very well about the interests of the fast credits of Bankia and also speaks very well of Bankinter (I have a COINC account), but I'm very inexperienced in the subject.

My priorities: 
- Debit and credit card. 
- Have free transfers in USA. 
- Have free periodic automatic transfers in USA. I need at least 18 annuals 
- I am interested in taking money without commissions in an ATM that is more or less everywhere. 
- And that they offer me fast credits to a good interest and low cost of cancellation. 
- And of course you have good online management.
