Africa Food Crisis

Over 35 million of lives in Africa are pushed to the brink of starvation and death. The severest food crisis in decades is now threatening 11 Africa countries, including South Sudan, Somalia, Ethiopia, Nigeria and Kenya, etc. Over 900,000 children are suffering moderate to severe acute malnutrition owing to insufficient food. Drought, diseases, armed conflicts as well as economic insecurity have aggravated the food crisis situation and immediate humanitarian assistance is deeply in need.
